• Prices:
The prices shown are valid for individual bookings only. Only 1 booking of just 1 room is accepted per Rider Card (membership card number).
If more than 1 room is booked per Rider Card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the extra room(s), leaving only 1 room associated with the booking.

• Tourist Tax (per person, per night):
    • Children up to 10 years old (inclusive): Exempt
    • Children from 11 to 13 years old: €0.50
    • From 14 years old onwards: €1.00

• Booking Payment:
At the time of booking, the amount corresponding to 1 night will be charged to the credit card.
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, the amount for 1 night must be transferred within 24 hours. After this period, the pre-booking becomes void and prices may be subject to change.
After payment of the initial deposit to guarantee the booking, the remaining amount will be paid directly at the hotel, except for non-refundable rates or when otherwise specified in the rate conditions.
In situations of force majeure justifying the refund of amounts paid in advance, this will be done through the issuance of a voucher by the hotel.

• Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation or no-show, the cost of the first night will always be charged.
In case of early departure, an extra night will also be charged.

• Obvious Pricing Errors:
The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking that shows a clearly incorrect price due to a technical or human error.
In these cases, the customer will be informed and, whenever possible, an alternative with the correct price will be presented.
